Our Interdonato Lemon Fused Olive Oil is hand-crafted by selecting only the earliest Koroneiki olives and Organic Interdonato Lemons from our farms in Mani, Greece. The lemons and olives are harvested together when they are both green and unripe to produce this beautiful fused olive oil. Savor this rare gem to sauté or finish seafood dishes from ceviche to risotto, or pair it with our Champagne Wine Vinegar for a delicious Caesar dressing. Great for sautéing hearty greens like kale and chard and as a finishing oil for roasted vegetables, grains, and chicken.
